Draft · 27 October 2026
1. The service
Todoer is a task and project management service provided by Merola Software & Services, Wartauweg 19, 8049 Zurich, Switzerland. The service may include web, API, command-line, and agent features. Features, availability, and access can change as the product develops.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account, devices, and credentials, including tokens issued to applications and agents. Keep credentials private and notify us if you believe they have been compromised. You must provide accurate account information and use the service lawfully.
3. Your content and sharing
You retain your rights to content you submit. You give us permission to host, process, transmit, and display it as needed to operate the service and carry out your instructions. You are responsible for the content you add, the people you share it with, and ensuring you have the rights needed to use it.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Todoer to violate the law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malicious content, interfere with the service, access accounts or information without authorization, or attempt to bypass security or usage limits.
5. AI and third-party services
Optional AI and agent integrations may involve third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect; review proposed changes and outputs before relying on them. You are responsible for actions you authorize an agent to take.
6. Availability and data
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons. The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep copies of information important to you; exports, backups, and deletion may be subject to technical limits.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users, address suspected misuse, or comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time and contact us about your account and data. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Merola Software & Services is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory laws that apply to you. Any mandatory consumer jurisdiction remains unaffected.
